Fee Schedules For Bankruptcy Services Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Base fee based on Debt Amount and Number of Creditors.
- Debt up to $10,000 and 5 or fewer creditors – $800
- Debt up to $25,000 and 36 or fewer creditors – $950
- Debt up to $25,000 and 36 or more creditors – $1,000
- Debt between $25,000 and $50,000 and 35 or fewer creditors – $1,100
- Debt between $25,000 and $50,000 and 36 to 55 creditors – $1,150
- Debt between $25,000 and $50,000 and 56 or more creditors – $1,200
- Debt between $50,000 and $75,000 and 35 or fewer creditors – $1,400
- Debt between $50,000 and $75,000 and 36 to 55 creditors – $1,450
- Debt between $50,000 and $75,000 and 56 or more creditors – $1,500
- Debts amount greater than $100,000 – fee determined on as per-case basis after FREE Consultation.
Note: Fees for Chapter 11 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy are determined on a case by case basis.
